We arecurrently hiring for an experienced DevOps / DevSecOps Transformation Lead for a short-term specialist engagement with a leading UK organisation. Role: DevOps, Secure Delivery & SDLC Transformation Lead Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk – 100% onsite Duration: Approx. 20 working days Start: ASAP Requirement: 1 resource Security: Security screening required What you’ll be doing: Assess the current DevOps, SDLC and delivery environmentDefine a practical DevOps operating model and SDLC governance frameworkConfigure and standardise Azure DevOps – Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans & ReportingDesign/implement CI/CD pipelines and controlled release processesEmbed DevSecOps, Secure by Design, SAST, DAST and vulnerability controlsEstablish requirements-to-release traceability and auditabilitySupport Infrastructure as Code, configuration and environment managementApply ISO 27001-aligned security and governance controlsProvide coaching, documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams Looking for someone with: ✅ Strong hands-on Azure DevOps administration/configuration experience✅ Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps transformation experience✅ Strong CI/CD and release management expertise✅ SDLC governance and Agile delivery experience✅ SAST, DAST, vulnerability and security-gate experience✅ Understanding of cloud, infrastructure and IaC✅ Experience working with security, operations, technical and senior stakeholders✅ Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on implementation This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can assess, design, configure, implement and hand over within a short, outcome-focused engagement.
