What we are looking for
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python, with Java preferred.Knowledge of distributed, service-oriented architecture and relational databases.Experience building software that users have adopted over an extended period.A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field.Front-end development experience alongside back-end work.Technical leadership, including defining and delivering design roadmaps.Experience with HR tech, recruiting, compensation, or other internal business platforms.Experience building analytics or data-driven decision tools.
