About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior iOS Engineer to join our Growth product group at Hinge, a flagship brand of Match Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing user-facing features that enhance the discovery, engagement, and retention of our users. Your work will focus on critical moments in the user journey, including onboarding, re-engagement, and promoting premium features. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality mobile experiences that directly impact user satisfaction and product growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Swift and UIKit, with a strong understanding of iOS app development principles.Experience with app architecture patterns such as VIPER, MVVM, or MVP.Hands-on experience in building and maintaining feature-rich applications with intuitive user interfaces.Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting production apps.Knowledge of SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Github Actions, CircleCI, Fastlane, and TestFlight is advantageous.Experience with in-app purchases and monetization strategies is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsibilities Champion best practices and team principles to foster a collaborative and high-performing iOS development team.Design, develop, and refine features that improve the functionality and user experience of the Hinge iOS application.Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.Stay current with the latest Apple platform updates and leverage new capabilities to drive innovation within the app.Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production crashes and customer-reported issues to ensure a smooth user experience.Maintain and evolve a scalable, efficient, and extensible application architecture to support future growth and feature expansion.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases.Contribute to the strategic planning of product features and technical improvements based on data and user feedback.
