Section Engineer

Section Engineer – Major Civil Engineering & Tunnelling Project North Wales 12-Month Contract We are looking for an experienced Section Engineer to join the delivery team on a major civil engineering and energy infrastructure project in North Wales. The project involves significant underground and tunnelling works, shafts, structures and associated heavy civils. The Role • Manage engineering delivery across your section of works • Oversee Site Engineers, setting out and engineering control • Ensure works are delivered to drawings, specifications and programme • Manage ITPs, QA documentation and engineering records • Coordinate temporary works and resolve technical/design issues • Work closely with site management, subcontractors and the wider delivery team • Ensure works meet project health, safety, environmental and quality requirements Experience Required • Previous Section Engineer experience within civil engineering • Strong heavy civils or major infrastructure background • Experience managing and supporting Site Engineers • Strong setting out, QA and technical assurance experience • Good understanding of temporary works • Tunnelling, shafts, underground infrastructure, energy or major RC experience would be advantageous Contract • 12-month contract • £400 - £420 per day • Outside IR35 • All-in rate • North Wales • Accommodation not provided Please apply with an up-to-date CV for further information.
