Cyber Systems Engineer - Scrum Master

Standard Job Description Must be extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator!Experience as a scrum master driving a software development team.Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy).Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs, and related documentation.Experience mapping initiatives, epics, and stories to sprints and sprint plans.Working knowledge of engineering products such as:Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams or similar, andinterface documents, and context diagrams.Hands on experience tracing functional requirements to stories, epics, use cases, and feature maps.Experience working with customers and collaborating with demanding technical managers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years). Desired Skills Certified Scrum MasterSAFe CertificationUnderstanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts, and services.Understanding of basic web service or microservice concepts.
