About the Opportunity:
The Red Hat OpenShift Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms across both on-premises and cloud environments.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient container platform operations, supporting development teams, and enabling scalable infrastructure that meets organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters.Automate cluster provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD).Configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant OpenShift environments.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD.Implement monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and platform security measures.Collaborate with development teams to optimize workloads.Mentor junior engineers within the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience with container platforms, including at least 3 years specifically with Red Hat OpenShift.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container networking.Experience using Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.Hands-on scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Go.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred qualifications include Red Hat OpenShift certification, experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of Service Mesh technologies and regulated environments such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 annually.
