PLM Solutions Engineer (Founding Team) — Remote US / UK
***Remote across the US or UK.
Must be able to cover some European working hours and travel 3–4 days/month.

This is an opportunity to join a well-funded enterprise software company building an end-to-end R&D and PLM platform used by 150+ customers, including Fortune 100 organizations.
We're looking for a PLM Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of experience and deep Process PLM expertise to lead technical discovery, enterprise demos, and the technical sales narrative for a growing PLM product line.
You'll work closely with Product and Engineering while helping establish the company's PLM go-to-market motion.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who wants to build the playbook, not simply execute an established one.
Comp: $120K–$200K base | $150K–$250K OTE + competitive equity

🛠️ You will:
Lead technical discovery and value-driven demos for $200K+ ARR enterprise PLM deals.Shape the technical sales narrative from discovery through close.Build demo environments and messaging for new PLM products.Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.Help win key enterprise customers across process and formulation-heavy industries.Help establish a repeatable PLM Solutions Engineering motion as the business scales.
🧩 100% Required:
5+ years of relevant PLM / Solutions Engineering experience.Deep Process PLM experience, ideally across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, advanced materials, or other process/formulation-heavy industries.Hands-on experience with a major PLM platform such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, Arena, Aras, Propel, or Oracle Agile.Proven experience owning technical discovery and demos for enterprise-level sales cycles.Ability to create value- and story-driven demos rather than relying on feature-led product walkthroughs.Strong customer-facing communication and executive presence.Ability to travel approximately 3–4 days/month and to Europe every other quarter.
