About the Role: The SRE Lead designs and leads reliability engineering across banking and payments, establishing SRE standards, automation, and learning practices to improve resilience, reduce incidents, and scale engineering led operations.
Key needs for the role:
8+ years’ experience, SRE Experience, Dynatrace, SplunkLeads Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy, automation, reliability by design, and observability.Reduces incidents and improves recovery.Skilled in resilient engineering, risk control, and scaling operations across complex banking and payments environments.Must have experience in all 4 Key Pillars of Site Reliability EngineeringHas successfully led an SRE transformation in a large, regulated enterprise.Has implemented SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale.Can show tangible reductions in incidents, MTTR, operational toil and reliability risk.
