Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team to support the continued growth of a Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative.
This Senior Salesforce Developer will help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience and is comfortable learning emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud.
ServiceCloud depth is of the upmost importance.
Candidates should also have deep Apex and LWC experience.
They will be screened for their understanding of end to end case lifecycles, case management, and OmniChannel experience.
Project Outcomes / Deliverables:
Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.Build scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce solutions.Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and quality engineers throughout the development lifecycle.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
Must Have Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.Experience developing APIs and system integrations.Agile software development experience.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
