What You'll Do As our Industry Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Master Martini Polska's industrial and semi-industrial B2B customer portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Master Martini Polska and functionally to the Business Unit Director Industry at Unigrà Headquarters, you will manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Acting as the key commercial link between the Polish market and Unigrà's Industrial Business Management team, you will contribute to strengthening the company's position within the industrial food ingredients sector. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will combine business development, account management, market analysis and product innovation support to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Identify and acquire new industrial and semi-industrial B2B customers in line with the company's growth strategy.Develop and execute commercial initiatives to expand market penetration and sales performance.Build a strong pipeline of business opportunities within the food ingredients and industrial food manufacturing sectors.Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.Account Management & Customer Relationships Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing industrial and semi-industrial clients.Act as a trusted business partner by understanding customer needs and proposing value-added solutions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Support customers throughout the entire commercial process, from opportunity identification to implementation.Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management Prepare commercial proposals and offers tailored to customer requirements.Lead negotiations and commercial discussions in accordance with company policies.Finalise and manage commercial agreements and contracts.Ensure sustainable and profitable business partnerships.Market Analysis & Strategic Insights Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and developments within the food ingredients sector.Track raw material and product price trends to support commercial decision-making.Provide market intelligence and recommendations to local and international management.Identify emerging opportunities for growth and business expansion.Product Development & Innovation Support Collaborate closely with the R&D Department and Unigrà's Industrial Business Management team.Support the development, introduction and implementation of new products.Coordinate product trials, validation activities and customer roll-outs.Contribute customer and market feedback to innovation projects.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Technology and Quality teams to ensure excellent customer service.Participate in national and international trade fairs, industry events and commercial initiatives.Support internal projects aimed at improving business performance and customer engagement.Reporting & Forecasting Prepare regular reports on commercial activities, market developments and business opportunities.Support budgeting and sales forecasting activities.Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline management.Provide strategic updates to local management and Group stakeholders. What You'll Bring Education University Degree in Business, Economics, Food Technology, or a related field.Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.Previous experience within the food ingredients, industrial food, FMCG, bakery, confectionery, dairy or related sectors is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts.Languages Fluent Polish.Good command of English.Knowledge of Italian would be considered an advantage due to regular interaction with Unigrà Headquarters.Core Skills Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Ability to identify, develop and convert business opportunities.Strong analytical and market assessment skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Poland.Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams.Flexible, dynamic and customer-focused approach.
