Responsibilities: • Lead sprint-based feature development for routing and collector-as-a-service platforms • Develop Kubernetes operators using controller-runtime / Operator SDK (kubebuilder) • Design and implement CRDs & Admission Webhooks • Build custom OpenTelemetry Collector distributions and exporters • Develop frontend components using React / TypeScript / Tailwind / Vite / TanStack • Implement and maintain Istio service mesh and mTLS/OIDC/JWT security • Integrate with Open Service Broker / Cloud Broker APIs and enterprise platform services • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD • Contribute to architecture decisions and create ADRs for major changes • Participate in developer on-call rotation outside core hours Mandatory Skills Description: • Go language development • Node.js / TypeScript development • Kubernetes container orchestration • OpenTelemetry (OTEL) observability • controller-runtime / Operator SDK (kubebuilder) • CRDs & Admission Webhooks • GitHub Actions and ArgoCD CI/CD • Kustomize configuration management • Istio / Service Mesh infrastructure • mTLS / OIDC / JWT / OAuth2 security • PostgreSQL and Kafka • ModelContext Protocol (MCP) AI framework • React / Frontend Stack (TS, Tailwind, Vite, TanStack) • Open Service Broker / Cloud Broker APIs Nice-to-Have Skills Description: • OTEL Collector custom distributions and exporters • gRPC networking • Gardener cluster lifecycle management • GCP / Azure / AWS cloud platforms • Prometheus / Grafana / Jaeger / Splunk monitoring • Enterprise platform integration (BTP or similar) • AI-assisted / spec-driven development practices • NATS messaging, Helm, HashiCorp Vault, Kyverno, HAProxy • Sovereign / Air-gapped architecture • Cost Management & FinOps Languages: English: C1
