We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making. The Principal Full Stack Engineer is responsible for rapidly turning high-priority AI opportunities into compelling end-to-end prototypes and reusable application patterns. This role serves as a strategic technical leader within the Enterprise AI Solutions organization, driving software engineering excellence, modern application architecture, and scalable cloud-native solutions that enable AI adoption. You will work across business domains, AI engineering teams, platform and data teams, security, architecture, and product management teams to design and deliver highly scalable, secure, and maintainable AI applications across Danaher. This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków). In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Lead, design, build and integrate highly scalable full-stack solutions leveraging modern front- and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and AI technologies.Define software architecture patterns, applying this capability across our organisation to build, industrialise and scale trusted, reusable AI solutions.Integrate and link AI solutions to instruments to scale physical AI.Establish reusable development frameworks, accelerators, libraries, and reference architectures to improve engineering productivity and consistency while mentoring the team members with technical leadership.Champion secure-by-design principles, software quality practices, observability standards, and DevSecOps adoption throughout the development lifecycle.Lead technical design reviews, architectural governance, and engineering best practices across multiple AI initiatives and product teams. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.15 Plus years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated success in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications especially on cloud native with building AI solutions.Proven hands-on experience in designing cloud-native applications, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Technical expertise in .net core/C#, Python, React/Angular, Azure/AWS, Kubernetes services, Open AI, Vector Database, Snowflake, Postgress, Prompt Engineering, SQL, Agent frame works.Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple operating companies and global stakeholders. Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and translating them into business value. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Agentic AI platforms and autonomous workflow systems. Enterprise Copilot and AI assistant development. Implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.Data engineering and analytics platforms.Enterprise software modernization and digital transformation programs lead the Enterprise teams for the solutions.
