About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Automation Engineer to join a high-performing Agile Scrum team responsible for supporting a large portfolio of enterprise applications.
The team is actively modernizing applications, standardizing technology stacks, strengthening security controls, and accelerating software delivery through automation and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Support and optimize OpenShift and Kubernetes-based application deployments.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including automated security, quality and vulnerability scanning.
• Standardize delivery processes across a portfolio of applications.
• Partner with developers and architects to modernize legacy applications.
• Build reusable automation and self-service capabilities.
• Develop monitoring, observability and operational automation solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and SAFe planning activities.
• Produce documentation and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Release Engineering or software delivery.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Strong Kubernetes and OpenShift experience.
• Strong GitHub, GitLab and Jenkins experience.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Python.
• Experience supporting .NET application delivery using MSBuild, NuGet and dotnet CLI.
• Experience with SQL Server and deployment automation.
• Agile Scrum experience (mandatory).
