Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety-critical software and engineering solutions for the aerospace, defense, and transportation sectors, is looking for Manufacturing Engineers (m/f/d) to join our onsite teams across Germany.
📍 Locations: Manching, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other Airbus sites in Germany
We are currently seeking engineers with an interest in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Structural Assembly, and Production Planning to support major aerospace programs.

Support and optimize manufacturing and production processesImprove assembly, industrialization, and production workflowsProvide technical support to manufacturing and shop-floor operationsAnalyze and resolve production issues, non-conformities, and process deviationsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teamsCreate and maintain work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and technical recordsContribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiativesEnsure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectivesSupport the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing methods
What We Are Looking For
