Erfurt, Germany Process Innovation Center (PIC) Engineers (all genders) Turn new semiconductor technologies into manufacturing reality—from the initial idea to volume production. Your Responsibilities Develop new semiconductor processes using DOE-based experimental designConduct experiments and manufacture prototypes on production equipmentDefine robust process windows and develop concepts to demonstrate process capability (Cpk)Support new technologies throughout ramp-up and industrializationPrepare technology transfer packages, including statistical process control, risk management, documentation, and trainingScale new processes across multiple production tools and manufacturing areas What You Can Expect Work on the technologies of tomorrowA highly innovative environment rather than routine workInterdisciplinary collaborationPlenty of scope to shape solutions and contribute your own ideasA direct impact on the success of new products Your Profile You hold a degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or a comparable fieldYou have several years of professional experience in a technology-driven environment and sound knowledge of semiconductor technologyYou work in an analytical and structured manner and enjoy experimentation and data analysisYou demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a high commitment to qualityYou have a good command of both German and EnglishStrong teamwork and communication skills complete your profile If you want to do more than support new technologies and would like to actively shape them, we look forward to receiving your application.
