The Role As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver high-impact features across our web and mobile platforms, directly shaping the product roadmap for a solution already trusted by enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in an industry ripe for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Ship end-to-end solutions using React (TypeScript) for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend systems, ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile apps.Optimize performance, scalability, and security across PostgreSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.Lead code reviews and architectural decisions while managing technical debt in a fast-paced startup environment.Partner with product managers and customer success teams to translate non-technical user needs into elegant technical solutions.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain rapid, reliable deployment cycles.Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to on-call rotations for mission-critical systems. Qualifications 3+ years of full-stack development experience with React and/or Ruby on Rails in production environments.Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API design, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).Proven track record of shipping high-quality B2B SaaS products for non-technical users.Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code principles.BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.Must be based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office). Bonus Skills Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development.Familiarity with facility management, logistics, or field-service software.Background in early-stage startups with
