About the Opportunity:
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing and building production-level Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.
This role plays a critical part in delivering custom business logic, user interfaces, integrations, and automation that meet enterprise needs while ensuring platform efficiency and maintainability.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web ComponentsBuild integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIsCreate declarative automation using FlowEnsure code quality and adherence to platform limitsCollaborate on source-driven development using Salesforce DXTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of five years hands-on Salesforce development experienceExpertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limitsProficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScriptExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIsHands-on experience with Flow and declarative automationStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharingExperience with Salesforce DX and source-driven developmentSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing), familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware, exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development, and Experience Cloud (Communities) development.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $103,000 to $126,000 annually
