Employee Lifecycle Management – Compensation & Benefits, including benefits administration. Planning and organizing tasks in a structured way while maintaining an overview of tasks and priorities. Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring that they are completed with a high degree of precision and quality. Taking into account the needs of both internal and external customers and working as a strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset. Independently planning and managing own work and focusing on finding practical and workable solutions to problems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration or Human Resource Management. Preferable 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong HR knowledge, including strong knowledge of German labour law & German wage tax law. Strong analytical skills and strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Hansalog and Gfos. Fluency in German (both spoken and written), as well as strong communication skills in English. Accuracy and attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to work and a focus on maintaining quality standards. Strong planning and organizing skills and the ability to work in a result-oriented way. A strong sense of responsibility, decisiveness and the ability to independently plan and manage own work. A team-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with strong Customer focus/Stakeholder management skills. Stress resilience and adaptability, with the ability to respond flexibly to changing situations, priorities or working conditions. Solution-oriented thinking and a focus on achieving agreed objectives.
