Technical Product Manager – Digital Services / Data Platform | London London – Hybrid, 2 days per week£700 PDInside IR356-Month Contract Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Product Manager to take ownership of digital services within a complex data and technology environment. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture, shaping technically complex services from discovery through to delivery. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, UX, service design and user research teams to define the product roadmap and turn complex technical and user requirements into scalable digital services. Role and Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for technically complex digital servicesWork closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to shape technical solutions and delivery prioritiesTranslate user, business and technical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaLead discovery activity across new digital services, platform capabilities and integrationsUnderstand technical dependencies across APIs, data services, platforms and wider architectureManage and prioritise the product backlog alongside engineering teamsBalance user needs with technical feasibility, security, governance and regulatory requirementsDefine product outcomes, success measures and service performance metricsSupport technical decision-making by ensuring engineering teams have clear product context and prioritiesLead Agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple technical workstreams Skills and Experience Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager within complex digital or technology environmentsExperience working closely with Software Engineering, Architecture and Platform teamsGood understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms and modern cloud-based servicesStrong experience translating complex technical requirements into product roadmaps and deliverable outcomesExperience leading discovery and developing products from early-stage concepts through to live servicesStrong Agile product management experienceComfortable working across highly technical, data-driven or regulated environmentsExcellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
