MissionHires is seeking a Business Systems Integration Developer on behalf of Marck Cuban's Cost Plus Drugs to design, build, and support the integrations that connect ERP, EDI, manufacturing, pharmacy, and third-party systems.
This hands-on technical role focuses on automating reliable and secure data flows, developing EDI transactions, resolving integration issues, and partnering with analysts to deliver scalable business-system solutions.
How You'll Contribute
Design, build, and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.Develop and maintain EDI transaction sets and maps, including ANSI X12 transactions such as 850, 810, and 856.Automate data flows between ERP platforms and connected internal and third-party systems.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration, EDI, and data-flow issues.Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, data-integrity controls, and security measures.Use iPaaS and middleware platforms, such as MuleSoft or Boomi, to deliver and support integrations.Support ERP customizations, extensions, and related integration requirements.Document technical designs, integration logic, and operational processes.Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.4+ years of experience in integration development.Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and scripting or query languages such as SQL and Python.Working knowledge of EDI standards, particularly ANSI X12.Experience working with middleware or iPaaS platforms.Ability to troubleshoot complex data-flow, integration, and system interoperability issues.Strong attention to documentation, data integrity, security, and operational reliability.Healthcare or pharmaceutical EDI experience, including NCPDP, is preferred.ERP integration experience with platforms such as Deltek, NetSuite, or SAP is preferred.Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
