The Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and contribute to projects in the banking sector. You will be involved in the development and integration of cloud-native applications and microservices, using modern frameworks and event-driven technologies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.Build and manage RESTful integrations and messaging flows using Apache Camel.Work with Quarkus for lightweight, high-performance services.Implement event-driven communication via Apache Kafka.Collaborate with other developers and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.Required Skills 5 years Java development experienceAdvanced knowledge in Java Technologies (J2EE, Spring, XML Parsing, JDBC, Web Services)Experience with Relational database (SQL Server) and ORM layers (Hibernate)Advanced knowledge in writing and consuming SOAP and Rest Web ServicesKnowledge of system frameworks like Git and Azure DevOps (ADO)Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset.Good command of English (written and spoken).Benefits • A full compensation & benefits package • Work in an international, dynamic and fun environment, at a growing company • Opportunity to work with a highly talented and experienced team in state-of-the-art projects, in Greece and abroad Athens/ Hybrid
