Software Engineer (.NET)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on backend and full-stack development using C# and ASP.NET MVC, database management with SQL Server, and data integration/ETL using Azure Data Factory (ADF). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience leveraging frontier LLMs (such as Claude or GPT) in an agentic development environment or using AI coding tools (e.g., Windsurf). Job Specification: As a Software Engineer, you will: Build and maintain web applications in C# and ASP.NET MVC, working alongside AI coding agents to plan, write, and refactor code.Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures, using agents to speed up analysis and tuning while you own the design decisions.Develop and maintain ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF), using agentic workflows to build, test, and troubleshoot data flows.Direct frontier LLMs (such as Claude) in agentic development tools to deliver features, debug issues, and write tests, then review and validate everything the agents produce before it ships.
