What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with architects and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities.Conduct thorough design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.Provide essential technical direction and support, fostering growth within your team.Engage in hands-on coding, meticulous unit testing, and efficient production issue resolution.Lead the design and implementation of innovative new features and critical bug fixes.Actively participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term strategic planning, influencing future directions.Develop innovative tools and practices to continually enhance team efficiency and productivity.Mentor junior staff, guiding them in their professional development and career goals.Foster strong partnerships with fellow developers, product owners, technical leads, and architects across the organization. Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of comprehensive full stack application development experience, including a proven track record of mentoring and assisting junior team developers.Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing web-enabled applications using:Front End Technologies/Concepts: ASP.NET, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, Sync/ASync services.Back End Technologies/Concepts: .NET, .NET core, C#, RESTful API design, Micro-Services, and Event-driven architecture and frameworks.Database Technologies/Concepts: Relational databases (SQL/Oracle).Environment: Distributed Monolithic and Cloud Based Micro-services (Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry).A strong passion for enterprise-level agile development methodologies.Solid understanding of web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.Comfortable with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques, and automated deployment pipeline tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.Effective time management, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A passion for problem-solving, the ability to quickly learn new concepts, and the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of technical and business teams.Proven ability to work independently while serving in a leadership role within a team.A collaborative team player, self-motivated, and capable of working across organizations.BS or higher in computer science or a related technical field. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and Bamboo, is strongly preferred.
