About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at CMM. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered solutions that enhance our healthcare products and services. You will work across the full technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end AI model integration and data pipelines. Your contributions will directly impact the development of intelligent healthcare applications that improve patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Your expertise will help us build innovative AI features such as large language models, voice recognition, document parsing, and autonomous workflows, ensuring they are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in building AI-enhanced applications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch.Experience developing and deploying large language models (LLMs), voice, image, or speech recognition systems.Knowledge of AI system evaluation metrics including precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC, along with MLOps practices for scalable deployment.Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases.Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or Windsurf.Expertise in managing LLM costs through prompt caching, batching, and quantization techniques.Deep understanding of LLM advancements and model selection strategies, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, and other thinking models. Responsibilities Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise-quality software applications that address healthcare needs.Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), voice recognition, image parsing, and other AI tools into existing and new codebases.Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development, testing, and deployment.Effectively communicate complex AI concepts such as LLMs and vector databases to non-technical stakeholders.Iteratively craft and refine prompts to enhance LLM performance, including implementing prompt caching strategies.Maintain prompt libraries, benchmark AI model performance, and document all work comprehensively at both code and application levels.Fine-tune and serve GPT-family models, Llama, and other relevant AI models.Develop AI agents using Semantic Kernel and prototype co-pilot experiences and autonomous workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Stay current with emerging AI trends and continuously adapt solutions to meet evolving healthcare challenges.
