About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building the leading xOT Security Platform. This role is integral to our backend community within a matrix-style engineering organization. As a backend engineer at Dragos, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, secure, and testable systems using Rust. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the platform’s robustness and scalability, supporting our mission to protect critical infrastructure. Success in this role requires a passion for craftsmanship, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
