About the Opportunity: The Technical Product Manager - Senior will lead the strategy and execution for core platform capabilities that support the product portfolio. This role collaborates with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible solutions that enhance developer experience, accelerate time-to-market, and improve system efficiency. The position is critical in driving platform adoption and performance through effective product lifecycle management and stakeholder alignment. 3. Responsibilities: Own the product lifecycle for one or more core platform capabilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to understand technical requirements and business contextLead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for foundational servicesTranslate complex business and technical concepts into clear product plansEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and supportableDefine KPIs for platform adoption, performance, and efficiencyAlign stakeholders balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision 4. Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing technical or platform productsDeep understanding of platform capabilities such as infrastructure, deployment, observability, authentication, and APIsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical fieldPreferred: 3+ years in healthcare industryAbility to work across teams and influence in matrixed environmentsStrong communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiencesTechnical acumen for engaging in detailed engineering discussionsExperience with internal developer platforms or foundational servicesProven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders 5.
