DevOps Engineer

🚀 DevOps Engineer | Kraków | Hybrid | B2B contract We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a global technology team. You’ll be part of an engineering team responsible for the reliability, availability and performance of microservices running across Google Cloud and on-premises environments. 🔧 What you’ll do: • Monitor and support production applications, focusing on reliability, performance and availability • Investigate and resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis • Improve observability, monitoring, alerting and incident response processes • Support CI/CD and automation initiatives • Work with development and technical support teams across regions • Drive improvements in platform reliability and reduce operational toil • Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations 💡 What we’re looking for: • 4+ years of experience supporting/developing distributed systems, ideally with Java • Experience with Linux/Unix and cloud technologies, preferably GCP • Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus/InfluxDB, Splunk, Loki or similar monitoring/observability tools • Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA and Confluence • Understanding of relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and RCA • Good understanding of Agile/Kanban ways of working • Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams 📍 Location: Kraków 🏢 Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office 🕐 Working hours: 2-shift rotation (8 AM / 4 PM) + weekend/on-call rotation 💼 Contract: B2B
