Description
We are looking for a Java L2/L3 production Support Engineer
Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid)
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Strong expertise in Java complex support, including strong hands-on L2/L3 production support.
Strong programming and debugging skills in Java, JEE, Spring framework, Java-based web applications and RESTful services.
Hands-on experience with Splunk, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for application and production issues.
Good database knowledge in at least one technology such as Oracle, Cassandra or other NoSQL platforms.
Experience supporting high-volume, large-scale environments and resolving production incidents and bug fixes within SLA.
Strong critical thinking, coordination, and verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible for rotation-based on-call support, including occasional weekend coverage.
