The Role As an AI Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of AI-driven products, platforms, and automation solutions across key business functions. Responsibilities include: Building and deploying production-ready AI applications and intelligent systems.Developing solutions that support dynamic pricing and commercial optimisation.Creating agentic workflows and automation within procurement and supplier operations.Designing AI-powered customer journey and process automation tools.Contributing to content generation, SEO, and platform-scale intelligence capabilities.Developing predictive models to support operational planning and business performance.Building internal tools that improve productivity and scalability across teams.Measuring impact, analysing outcomes, and continuously improving solutions based on business results. Your Skills & Experience Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building and shipping production systems.Commercial awareness and an interest in solving business problems through technology.Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or intelligent automation technologies.Experience developing scalable backend systems, applications, or platform services.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ownership.Ability to translate complex problems into practical, measurable solutions.Evidence of building projects, products, tools, or systems independently or within a technology team.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
