2D 3D CAD Designer Engineer

Your Tasks: Create and develop 2D and 3D CAD models of components, assemblies, and full systems.Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and optimized for productionConduct simulations and analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of designsOptimize designs for manufacturing processes, ensuring ease of production and assembly.Support prototype testing and provide design adjustments based on real-world results Maintain and update design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all design work Your Profile: Proven experience in 2D/3D CAD design, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or similar industriesStrong proficiency in CAD software such as, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar.Oversee the storage and release of CAD data using OEM tools (Siemens NX and Teamcenter).Ensure supplier compliance with quality and design standards, addressing non-conformities as required.Understanding of engineering principles such as material selection, tolerances, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of simulation tools and experience performing basic structural, thermal, or motion analysis. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Participate in technical and design reviews, providing detailed reporting on progress and deliverables.Manage lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement processes.Fluency in both German and English is required.
