Senior Technical Product Manager

Company Description Global Heat Reduction (GHR) is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will drive the development and delivery of Heatprint™ insights—our proprietary, time-resolved view of how emissions and reductions directly impact atmospheric heat. This includes owning day-to-day management of the Heatprint calculator and client deliverables, as well as serving as a key technical and scientific resource for the team. Unlike conventional carbon accounting, which often relies on 100-year metrics (GWP-100) that can overlook potent short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs), the Heatprint™ provides decision-makers with the clarity needed to identify which investments cool the planet fastest, reduce business risks, and get the greatest return per climate dollar spent. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to emerging priorities, and combines strong problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity to optimize near-term climate outcomes. Full-time: 40 hours per week (contract) Compensation Commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities Coordinate across multiple teams to guide development and operation of GHR’s software toolsHeatprint CalculatorAuxiliary toolsIntegration with external partnersManage the delivery of GHR’s Heatprint productSupport the proposal and contracting process for new clients (address data collection requirements, Heatprint methodology and calculations)Evaluate client data for consistency and completenessSynthesize results into digestible, decision-ready takeawaysPrepare and deliver Heatprint reports and presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in physical sciences, Earth sciences, environmental sciences, or a related field4-5 years professional experienceExperience with GHG accounting practicesExperience conducting scientific literature reviewsFamiliarity with the principles of Life Cycle AssessmentFamiliarity with short-lived climate pollutants such as black carbon, ozone precursors, etc.Comfort engaging with prospective clients on technical topics, including pre-contract or proposal-stage conversationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiencesExperience using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality and integrityOrganized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience with GHG accounting in a professional setting1+ years experience conducting Life Cycle AssessmentsExperience coordinating cross-functional projects or working closely with software developers Experience in product management or product ownership Learn more about GHR at www.heatreduction.com
