Java Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Java ecosystem, a passion for clean code, and the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications. ■Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are high-volume and low-latency. Code Quality: Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards. Integration: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including integrating front-end elements with server-side logic. Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features. Documentation: Prepare and produce software component releases and keep technical documentation up to date. ■Requirements - 5+ years of practical experience as a Backend Engineer (Intermediate to Senior level). - Solid knowledge of Java programming, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and familiarity with core Java APIs. - High level of knowledge and experience with Spring Boot, capable of independently setting up, developing, and deploying Spring Boot applications. - Expertise in SQL, able to write complex queries, optimize SQL statements, and deep knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle/PostgreSQL). - Strong command of mainstream ORM frameworks such as MyBatis or Hibernate/JPA, capable of efficiently performing data CURD operations. - Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices, able to design and implement clear and standardized interfaces. - Practical knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. ■Desired Qualifications: - Experience with caching technologies like Redis. - Experience with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, including asynchronous processing. - Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning. - Experience in developing and operating large-scale distributed systems. - Experience in developing on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). ■Industry Travel, Hotel, Leisure ■Annual income 6,000,000 JPY to 8,000,000 JPY * If you are interested, be sure to send your latest CV by applying now.
