Manufacturing Technology Engineer

The Impact You'll Make As an MT Engineer, you’ll be one of the people behind a production environment that is safer, smarter and more efficient. You’ll work directly with machines, processes and production teams to solve technical challenges, improve performance and turn ideas into practical solutions. Your impact? You’ll help make sure our equipment performs at its best, processes run efficiently and production can continuously improve. From optimizing machines and improving OEE to leading technical projects and introducing new equipment, your work will have a direct impact on safety, quality, productivity and cost. You’ll combine engineering expertise with a hands-on approach — seeing a problem on the production floor, finding out what is really causing it and working with others to make it better.
