Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain trading tool modules, including trading strategies and trading bots.Design highly scalable and reliable trading tool engines.Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews.Build system observability infrastructure, including monitoring, alerting, distributed tracing, and logging.Participate in production incident investigations and post-mortem reviews.Take ownership of code quality and reliability for services running in production, ensuring stability, performance, and minimal downtime (24x7 environment). Requirements 3+ years of Go development experience, with a deep understanding of Go's concurrency model, memory model, and garbage collection (GC) mechanisms.Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems, with familiarity with common performance bottlenecks and optimization techniques.Familiarity with messaging middlewares such as Aeron, Kafka and Redis Streams, and their applications in streaming data architectures.Strong engineering discipline, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code, thorough code reviews, and a strong sense of accountability for production systems.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience with C++ and/or Java in low-latency environments.Familiarity with FIX protocol and SBE (Simple Binary Encoding)
