Applied AI Engineer – Global Banking & Markets Location: Warsaw, Poland | Type: 12 Months UOP Contract (Immediate to 1-month notice) Overview Join a high-impact engineering pod to build production-grade GenAI systems, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows for global banking automation. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy scalable LLM applications and autonomous agentic workflows.Build, deploy, and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool cartridges.Deliver clean, production-ready code and robust AI frameworks end-to-end. Requirements 5+ years in software engineering or applied AI/ML.Strong hands-on Python expertise (Java/C++ is a plus).Proven experience shipping production GenAI / LLM / Agentic workflows (not just PoCs).Practical experience deploying MCP servers and tool integrations.Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
