About the Role: We are looking for a Specialist - Python & AI Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. The role will primarily focus on developing scalable Python-based services, automation solutions, integrations, and supporting the evolution of our in-house automation platform. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and an interest in building intelligent automation and AI-powered agents. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications, APIs, and automation services.Build and maintain automation workflows to support business and operational processes.Contribute to the development and enhancement of the in-house automation platform.Develop and integrate AI/LLM capabilities and intelligent agents into business workflows.Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and structured outputs.Design and maintain integrations with databases, APIs, message brokers, and enterprise systems.Ensure automation solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across automation services and workflows.Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for the automation platform.Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and identify opportunities for business improvement. Job Requirements: 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Python development.Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications and services.Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar Python frameworks.Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar relational/NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM technologies and integrating LLMs into applications.Understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and AI agents.Experience modernizing or migrating RPA workflows using Python, APIs, or AI is a plus.Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and software engineering skills.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject; experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams is preferred.
