• Design develop and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with expertise in PWA Kit and Salesforce Reference Architecture SFRA. • Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library asset slots promotions campaigns site preferences catalogues and product management. • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components leveraging ISML templates JavaScript AJAX JSON SCSS and Bootstrap Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. • Ensure adherence to coding standards quality gates and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations. • Stay updated with emerging Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities Roles and Responsibilities • Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA frameworks • Mentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers during all phases of the project including design development testing and deployment • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality maintainability and compliance with best practices • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution • Collaborate with QA UXUI and product teams to deliver seamless digital consumer experiences • Provide post deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize platform performance and user engagement Skills Mandatory Skills : SFCC, Salesforce B2C Commerce , business analysis
