QA Automation & DevSecOps Engineer

Role: QA Automation & DevSecOps Engineer Location: Bristol, UK Type: Permanent/ Full-Time Job Responsibilities Quality Engineering Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.Develop model-based, end-to-end, regression, integration, and system-level test suites.Execute cross-platform validation across web, desktop, and integrated application environments.Perform functional, API, integration, and system testing to validate application quality and reliability.Analyze test results and generate actionable quality metrics and insights.Participate in test planning, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. DevSecOps & CI/CD Integration Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms.Configure and maintain automated quality gates within CI/CD and release pipelines.Implement continuous testing and shift-left quality practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Collaborate with development, release, and deployment teams to improve delivery reliability and deployment quality.Support automated deployment validation and quality checks across release workflows. Artifact & Platform Governance Support artifact repository governance using JFrog Artifactory, including repository and artifact lifecycle management.Assist with dependency management, package governance, and artifact promotion activities.Leverage JFrog Xray vulnerability and license compliance insights to support release-readiness assessments.Ensure validated artifacts progress through controlled and compliant deployment workflows.
