Title: Engineering Manager Salary: £100,000–£110,000 Remote First, London once per month We're working with a growing technology organisation looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help shape culture, elevate engineering standards and build high-performing teams. This is a hands-off leadership role focused on people management, coaching, pastoral care and creating an environment where engineers can thrive. What You'll Be Doing ✔ Leading and developing engineers, team leads and future leaders ✔ Driving engineering quality, standards and best practices across multiple teams ✔ Improving ways of working, delivery effectiveness and team health ✔ Coaching managers and engineers to reach their full potential ✔ Partnering with Product and Delivery teams to support successful outcomes ✔ Building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and engineering excellence What We're Looking For Proven experience leading software engineering teamsStrong people management and coaching skillsPassion for developing others and building great team culturesExperience improving engineering processes, standards and delivery practicesComfortable operating across multiple teams and stakeholders A background in Python, TypeScript and/or GCP would be beneficial, but it's by no means essential.
