Key Responsibilities As a ServiceNow SecOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and supporting the ServiceNow SecOps environment. Your responsibilities will include: Configuring and customizing the following ServiceNow SecOps modules: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Threat Intelligence (TI) Configuration Compliance (CC) Designing and implementing flows, scripts and automations to improve security operations Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security platforms, tools and APIs Providing day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow SecOps functionalities Monitoring and safeguarding the stability and performance of the platform Testing and debugging ServiceNow applications, flows, scripts and integrations Supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades while minimizing disruption to security operations Developing custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements Contributing to the ServiceNow CI/CD process Collaborating with security, infrastructure, development and IT operations teams Requirements About you You are a hands-on ServiceNow specialist who combines strong development skills with a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions and can translate security requirements into stable and scalable ServiceNow implementations. You work accurately, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are able to collaborate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. A valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules. Strong English communication skills. In-depth knowledge of: Security Incident Response (SIR),Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI) and Configuration Compliance (CC) Strong ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, HTML and CSS Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio and Integration Hub Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external security platforms, tools and APIs Experience working with vulnerability scanners and vulnerability data Strong knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management and compliance frameworks Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines A solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities Strong troubleshooting, testing and debugging skills What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Salary tailored to your skills and experience.
