Junior Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer | High-Tech Tooling & Manufacturing Are you a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys turning designs into practical solutions that are actually used on the production floor? For an international high-tech technology company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will design and improve tooling, fixtures, trays and other mechanical solutions used to build and test complex high-tech products. This is a strong opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with up to 2 years of experience who wants to develop quickly in a hands-on engineering environment. What will you do? You will work in a high-tech manufacturing environment, supporting the development and production of advanced technical systems. Your responsibilities include: Designing and improving tooling, fixtures, trays and mechanical aidsCreating and developing mechanical designs in Siemens NXBuilding, testing and validating solutions on the production floorTranslating practical manufacturing challenges into technical improvementsWorking closely with manufacturing engineers, operators and other engineering disciplinesImproving existing tooling based on feedback from production You will not only design behind a desk. You have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field0–2 years of relevant professional experienceAn interest in mechanical design, tooling and manufacturingExperience with 3D CAD; Siemens NX experience is a plusA practical and hands-on engineering mindsetGood command of English Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
