Regional Sales Manager – Motion Control | Cincinnati / Dayton, OH I’m supporting a leading manufacturer of high-performance motion control technology looking to add an experienced Regional Sales Manager across the Greater Cincinnati / Dayton market. This is a technical, customer-facing sales role focused on growing both OEM and distribution accounts across the territory. The Role: Develop and grow a multi-million-dollar sales territoryManage a mix of OEM, distributor and end-user accountsSell technically engineered precision gearboxes & servo automation solutionsIdentify new applications and guide customers through system sizing / solution selectionDevelop long-term relationships with engineering, operations and purchasing teamsManage major projects, quotations, negotiations and forecastingApproximately 75% travel across the territory The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of technical sales experience within motion control / industrial automationStrong knowledge of precision gearboxes, servo motors, drives and/or related motion technologiesExperience selling both direct to OEMs and through distributionTechnically capable of discussing servo sizing and mechanical/electrical applicationsEngineering, Mathematics or Physics degree preferredMust be based within the Cincinnati / Dayton area This is a great opportunity to join a highly technical, globally established motion control manufacturer with a strong reputation in precision automation.
