About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior iOS Engineer (m/f/d) to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the architectural foundation of Redcare Pharmacy’s mobile platform. Your expertise will enable the development of scalable, modular solutions that empower six cross-functional teams to deliver features efficiently and sustainably. This position offers high visibility and a direct impact on the evolution of our iOS ecosystem as we continue to scale our operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust mobile applications, a strong understanding of iOS development best practices, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on improving healthcare accessibility for users across Europe. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in iOS development with a strong portfolio of published apps.Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and MVVM architecture.Deep understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, and testing frameworks.Experience with modular architecture, Swift Package Manager (SPM), and Xcode Cloud.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that meet user needs and business goals.Architect scalable and modular solutions to support multiple cross-functional teams.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster growth within the team.Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the mobile applications.
