About The Role
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions directly within customer environments, translating complex business processes into scalable, production-ready systems.
You will be a valued member of the Forward Deployed Engineering team and work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored automation and AI solutions for enterprise customers.
In This Role, You Will
Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations using the UiPath platform, including developing AI Agents with UiPath Maestro and Agent Builder.Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions, extending platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and integrations.Drive customer implementations from initial design through production deployment, identifying risks and communicating blockers to ensure successful project delivery.Debug and resolve issues across orchestration, AI inference, integrations, and data pipelines.Contribute reusable components, implementation frameworks, and best practices while mentoring engineers and helping improve technical standards.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
Demonstrated software engineering experience with strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript or similar modern programming languages.Experience building APIs and integrations, with hands-on cloud platform experience.Working knowledge of enterprise systems and automation platforms.Proven ability to independently manage technical workstreams and customer engagements.Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience in solution design and troubleshooting complex systems.
These will help you stand out
Applied AI and Machine Learning experience, including prompt engineering.Hands-on LLM experience (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).Familiarity with agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.Background in distributed systems and orchestration frameworks.RPA and automation technology experience; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
