Job Summary The PIM Platform Engineering Manager leads engineering strategy and delivery for the PIM platform, owning technical direction, architecture review, and quality/reliability for the team's Akeneo and Informatica P360 migration work. This is a hands-on leadership role: you set technical direction, unblock delivery, and are the final technical decision-maker for the platform. What You Will Do Lead technical direction and platform engineering strategy for Akeneo, including architecture review and technical decision-makingOwn delivery execution and backlog shaping across the PIM engineering team (tech leads, engineers, BA, TPO, sys admin)Guide the Informatica P360-to-Akeneo migration and transition, including migration planning and integration strategyReview solution designs and ensure workflows, enrichment rules, and Akeneo extensions are built on reusable, standardized patternsValidate technical readiness for releases and migration cutovers; own quality and reliability for the platformProvide vendor/SOW oversight (Capgemini) for P360 maintenance during the Akeneo transitionReview backlog quality and ensure the team consistently ships working platform capabilitiesSolve hands-on technical problems and unblock integration/migration issues directly when needed What You Will Have Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations. Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements. Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace. Software Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design. Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems. Summary Pay Range $147,760.00 - $240,110.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
