SEO Project Manager

## About the Role Coalition Technologies is seeking a Remote SEO Project Manager / Marketing Project Manager to lead SEO campaigns, manage marketing workflows, support marketing strategy, and coordinate teams to ensure client work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role combines SEO, Google Ads, project management, client communication, and campaign performance analysis. The position also includes mentoring responsibilities and opportunities for professional development in a fully remote environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage SEO campaigns from planning through execution. * Manage project workflows, timelines, priorities, and deliverables. * Coordinate internal teams to ensure client projects are completed accurately and on schedule. * Support marketing strategy and campaign planning. * Manage and improve SEO project processes and workflows. * Support Google Ads campaigns and related digital marketing initiatives. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance and communicate relevant insights. * Communicate with clients regarding project progress, deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance. * Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. * Coordinate multiple teams and priorities across client projects. * Mentor team members and contribute to team development. * Collaborate across teams to support successful client outcomes. ## Required Qualifications * Experience in SEO and search engine optimization campaigns. * Experience with Google Ads. * Project management experience in marketing or digital marketing environments. * Experience managing workflows, timelines, priorities, and project deliverables. * Strong client communication skills. * Experience analyzing marketing or campaign performance. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing SEO projects or digital marketing campaigns. * Experience supporting marketing strategy and campaign planning. * Experience mentoring team members. * Experience working on client-facing marketing projects. * Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting. ## Work Arrangement * Fully remote position. * Location: California, MO, US (Remote). ## Apply Now Apply now to be considered for the Remote SEO & Marketing Project Lead opportunity with Coalition Technologies.
