Job detail ◄ Back 28 September Senior Mechanical Engineer - Perth Dra Apac - Perth, WA Engineering Source: uWorkin Job Description Job Description As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering practical, safe and efficient mechanical engineering solutions from concept through detailed design and commissioning. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders while contributing to high-quality project outcomes., * Lead the detailed design of mechanical systems including conveyors, crushers, mills, pumps and material handling systems Develop engineering drawings, specifications and calculations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality Perform mechanical analysis using engineering software to optimise safety, reliability and cost effectiveness Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical design into overall project delivery Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and present fit-for-purpose solutions Review vendor documentation and support procurement, bid evaluations and vendor selection Ensure compliance with Australian standards and relevant industry codes Identify and manage technical risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Provide site support across construction, commissioning and operations as required About The Employer DRA Global is a leading international engineering, project delivery and operations management group, specialising in the mining, minerals and metals industry. Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be working in a highly experienced team supporting a variety of critical mineral projects. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis at our Perth office.
