Responsibilities Build high-quality, high-performance Web3 infrastructure to power a range of Web3 products.Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs (e.g., RPC gateways, indexing, and data services) that serve high-throughput, low-latency Web3 workloads.Develop and optimize blockchain data pipelines, including node interaction, event/log parsing, and on-chain data extraction across multiple chains.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to system performance, reliability, and scalability in distributed, high-concurrency environments.Conduct thorough code reviews and collaborate with other developers to maintain high code quality and engineering standards.Monitor, profile, and continuously improve service performance, stability, and security.Contribute to technical documentation, design specifications, and best practices.Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted coding workflows to improve development velocity and code quality.Requirements Hands-on experience with Web3 projects (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain protocols, on-chain infrastructure).Solid Golang foundation with proven production experience.Practical experience with AI agents and AI-assisted coding workflows.Experience with distributed systems, concurrent programming, and network protocols.Strong logical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a fast learning curve.Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.Good to have Prior experience with blockchain infrastructure such as RPC services, node operations, indexers, or archive/data nodes.Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus algorithms (e.g., PoS, PoA), state transition models, EVM internals, and cryptography.Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques for high-throughput, low-latency systems.Experience contributing to open-source projects, especially in the blockchain space.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tooling.Experience with trading algorithms or quantitative systems.Why Join Us The opportunity to be part of one of the world's leading Web3 infrastructure providers with vast career growth potential.Work alongside a diverse, global team of experts and innovators in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Participate in cutting-edge projects that drive industry change and help onboard the next wave of users to Web3.
