We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong production Rust experience to build high-performance systems powering real-time crypto trading.
You will work closely with the CTO and senior backend engineers on risk engines, liquidation systems, blockchain state machines, real-time market data, and low-latency APIs.
What You'll Work On
Build and maintain risk and liquidation engines for capital-efficient trading.Design and implement blockchain state machines for trading, settlement, and risk operations.Build services that maintain consistent state across asynchronous processes using coordination, voting, and consensus mechanisms.Process real-time market data and coordinate time-sensitive actions across trading venues.Develop high-performance REST and WebSocket APIs with millisecond-level response times.Work on systems designed for high throughput, reliability, and low latency.Collaborate closely with a small, senior engineering team in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
