We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with Power BI Development expertise to design intuitive user experiences and develop impactful business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level or government applications, translating business requirements into user-friendly interfaces and actionable data visualizations.

Education & Certifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Preferred
Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent BI certification.UX Design, HCI, Accessibility, or related certification.Required Experience
6+ years of experience developing business intelligence, reporting, or analytical applications.4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications.Experience designing enterprise-level or government applications.Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Experience working with relational databases and SQL.Experience gathering reporting requirements directly from business users.Experience validating data accuracy, calculations, and report results.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user workflows.Experience designing applications with multiple user roles and complex workflows.Experience with accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG) preferred.Key Responsibilities
Power BI & Reporting Development
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical views.Translate business reporting requirements into report specifications and data queries.Develop configurable reports with filtering, searching, sorting, drill-down, and export capabilities.Build management dashboards to support operational monitoring and strategic decision-making.Validate report calculations, business rules, and data accuracy.Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine reporting solutions.Support reporting system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.Document report definitions, calculations, data sources, and configuration settings.UI/UX Design
Design user interfaces and user experiences based on approved business requirements.Create intuitive workflows for grievance management, complaint intake, review, tracking, search, and reporting processes.Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs for stakeholder review.Design interfaces that support multiple user roles, permissions, and access levels.Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.Conduct design review sessions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.Ensure all designs meet accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.Support usability testing and continuous improvement of application interfaces.Technical Skills
